You send us a description of your project using the online request form or via e-mail to requests@enterprisesds.com.
We analyze the information, request additional information if needed and send you back a quote with price, duration and our availability information.
If you are happy with our quote and want to proceed further we prepare a draft contract for discussions and approval.
Once both sides are happy with the contract we sign and stamp a paper copy and send it to you via fast courier (few working days). You will have to do the same so we can get a copy of the document with your signature and stamp as well.
In order to speed up this process in addition to the paper copies we may exchange scanned copies of the signed documents via e-mail.
As we do not require advance payments the development starts immediately on the agreed date once the contract is signed.
When a project requires more than a month to be completed we split its development into several short iterations with duration of 4 or 5 weeks (1 month).
At the end of each iteration we go through stabilization (testing and bug fixing), install a version on our demo server for review and once you accept the implementation you can make the payment for the current iteration and if needed we prepare installation package for this intermediate version and help you install it so the product can be used on early stage.
After all iterations are completed we prepare a final package containing installation files, source code, release notes, installation instructions and any other documentation that was prepared during the development.
Depending on the IT resources you have we either help your employees to install and configure the product or if you don’t have IT specialists we can do the installation and configuration remotely if you give us remote access to your servers.
If your enterprise policy allows the software to be running outside of your local area network we can also offer hosting on one of our servers so you can have the application up and running immediately. This could be either a temporary solution until you get your own servers or a long term solution if it fits better your business planning and budget.
